Terms of Service | Outrelay

By using Outrelay, you agree to these terms. Outrelay provides LinkedIn and email outreach workflow tools with enforced sending limits. You are responsible for compliance with LinkedIn, Google (when connected), email provider terms, and applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You must use the platform lawfully, respect recipient preferences (including unsubscribe and opt-out requests), and configure sending limits appropriately. You retain ownership of your data; we provide the tooling to manage outreach workflows. You may not use Outrelay to distribute spam, bypass mailbox provider safety limits, or violate applicable anti-spam, privacy, or marketing laws.

LinkedIn compliance

You are responsible for compliance with LinkedIn terms of service and applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Outrelay provides workflow and scheduling tools within enforced limits; you control campaign content and targeting.

Email & Google integrations

If you connect Gmail, Google Calendar, or other Google services, you authorize Outrelay to access Google user data only as needed for the features you use (for example sending email from your mailbox, syncing replies into Inbox, and creating calendar events for booked meetings), subject to our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use). You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to contact recipients, for message content, and for compliance with Gmail, Google, and applicable email laws. Outrelay includes unsubscribe handling for email sends; you must honor opt-outs promptly.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew monthly unless canceled. Trials convert to paid plans when you subscribe. Enterprise plans are governed by separate agreements where applicable.

Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves. Third-party services you connect (including Google) remain subject to those providers’ availability and terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Outrelay is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
